Online Induction - System Help

Welcome to our Help Section! Here, you'll find all the information you need to navigate our website with ease. We’ll guide you through the required to fill out necessary forms and complete the health and safety quiz.

1) Login or Signup

If you have never used our system before you will need to SIGN UP to the system.

Please fill in your name, contact details and your business email address relevant to the visitation at the mine. So that when you arrive on the mine, your details and ID match that of what you have input into this Online Induction System.

If you have used our system before then you can click the LOGIN option.

Login using the same email you used before and the password you created previously. If you have forgotten the password, you may reset it by clicking "forgot password" at the bottom of the login form.

2) Required Information Form

Task 1 is for you to fill in the required information form which contains the purpose of your visit and next of kin details.

The details you submit in these forms will be provided to mine security, SHEQ and our accommodation managers so it is imperative to fill in the form accurately.

We also require you to upload an image of your Identification Card, Drivers License, Passport or other form of recognised identification. You will need to produce this same identification to security when you arrive on the mine.

After you have completed all fields on the form, click submit and you will be allowed to press on to the "Next Step"

3) Mine Online Induction

Task 2 is for you to start the Mine's Online Induction program. You will first be shown a brief summary of the Induction and its steps. Click "Start" to begin.

You will then be taken to the first step of the safety induction which is an extensive video relevant to the mine you are visiting. You will need to watch the entirety of the video carefully as you will be tested on its content. You can not skip, fast-forward or bypass this video.

After you have watched the whole video, you will be directed to the assessment.

You will be provided with a short multiple choice questionnaire. You must complete the quiz within 8 minutes and you must achieve a pass rate of 80% or above to be allowed entry to the mines.

You will then be asked to agree to an indemnity form.

Once you have passed the Online Induction, your certificate will be emailed to you. Please check your spam folder if you can not find it. You can also reach out to our team to re-issue your certificate.

Troubleshooting

If you are facing an error which reads "Access to this page is restricted"

Try and simply refresh the web page.

If the issue continues, it helps to know when in the Online Induction process you faced the error:

After signing up	If you have just signed up and have selected the mine you are visiting but this error still appears. Try refresh the page.
When navigating from the Dashboard	If you are trying to add another mine to your dashboard and then click on the new mines Induction course and this error appears, then try to add the new mine again to your dashboard or contact our team to allow you access to the new Induction course

If you are facing issues with the form try follow the examples for each form field below:

Purpose of Visit?	Fill in plain text the reason for your visit. This field can not be left empty.
Length of Visit	Select one of the options presented. This field can not be left empty.
Arrival Date and Time	Input a date in the future on which you expect to visit the mine and an estimated arrival time (take care if AM or PM is selected) This is important for security and accommodation logistics so please be as accurate as possible. This field can not be left empty.
Departure Date and Time	Input a date in the future on which you expect to depart the mine and an estimated departure time (take care if AM or PM is selected) This is important for security and accommodation logistics so please be as accurate as possible. This field can not be left empty.
Meals to be provided	Please select one or more options for which meals you will need to be provided during your visit. This field can not be left empty.
Does the visitor require accommodation?	Select one of the options. Do you require Dallagilo to arrange accommodation in or nearby the mine? This field can not be left empty.
Does the visitor have adequate PPE (Helmet, Safety Shoes, Reflective Vest)	Select one of the options. This field can not be left empty.
Your Shoe Size	If you selected no to the previous option. You will be required to fill in your shoe size so that the correct PPE can be provided for you including High-cut steel toe safety shoes. Please specify if your size is written in UK or EU sizing. This field can not be left empty.
Upload Your I.D or Drivers License or Passport	Upload a PNG, JPG, AVIF, PDF or DOC of your relevant identification. This identification will need to be shown at security when you arrive at the mine. This field can not be left empty.
Next of Kin	Write the full name of your next of Kin in plain text. This field can not be left empty.
Next of Kin's Contact	Select the country code and write the phone number for your next of Kin. The number can be no less than 7 digits and no more than 9. If you have input the number correctly and it is still coming up with an error, try adding a 0 to the front of the number to increase the number of digits. This field can not be left empty.

First make sure that you have completed and passed the Mine Online Induction program and received a pop up that says "Congratulations" and take note of the email address that the certificate will be sent to. It is the same email address you used to sign up to this system.

Check if you have received a congratulatory email in your spam and junk folder.

Please check your Spam or Junk folder for the email containing your certificate before you contact our team to re-issue your certificate.

If you have received this email but have not received the second email with your certificate, please specify this to the team.
